Water crystals are the best way we have found to provide moisture to the orange spotted roach. You simply take a container of water, add some water crystals, and within 30 minutes you have pieces of water that resemble gel. If you serve water in dishes it tends to lead to drowning and the water gets dirty and smelly. Sponges or paper towels hold bacteria. One dry ounce will make 1.25 gallon of water bites.
